How do I contact The Wizard Of Oz?

Do you have a store I can visit to view and try-on the shoes?


Yes! Our showroom is located at 3 Ubi Ave 3, Vertex #03-34 Singapore 408868. Our opening hours (Singapore Time) are: Monday - Friday 11.00am to 7.00pm Saturday 11.00am to 5.00pm We are closed on Sunday and Singapore Public Holidays




How do I book a fitting?


You may book a fitting on our homepage or using the chat function in the bottom right of any page. All fittings will be free-of-charge. Alternatively, you may visit our showroom at 33 Ubi Ave 3, Vertex #03-34 Singapore 408868 during our opening hours (Singapore Time): Monday - Friday 11.00am to 7.00pm Saturday 11.00am to 5.00pm Closed Sundays & Singapore Public Holidays





Shipping

Does The Wizard of Oz ship internationally?


Yes we do! All international orders are fulfilled by DPEX and rates are based on the weight of the total order. For detailed information about international shipping, please visit our Shipping and Returns tab.




Does The Wizard of Oz do deliveries in Singapore?


Yes we do! All deliveries within Singapore are charged at a flat rate of €10. Alternatively, you may visit our showroom at 33 Ubi Ave 3, Vertex #03-34 Singapore 408868 for a fitting.




Do I have to pay for any taxes/VATS/tariffs?


All tariffs, VATS, and/or prevailing import taxes on purchases are payable by the receiving party. The Wizard of Oz do not represent any Government bodies to charge any taxes/tariffs/VATS. For more information on the tax payable, please check with your relevant custom departments.




What are bulk orders?


Orders of over 6 pairs of Shoes or Boots in any combination will be processed as a bulk order due to the shipping costs. Please select the appropriate shipping option at checkout. For more information about the bulk shippng option, please visit our Shipping and Returns tab or e-mail us for further enquiries.





Returns

Does The Wizard of Oz give refunds?


We do not provide refunds. However, we provide exchanges. For detailed information about our exchange policy, please visit the Shippings and Returns tab!




What do I do if the item I ordered is not suitable?


We accept products for a full exchange within 14 days of purchase. For international exchanges, the package must be postmarked within 14 days, and the package must arrive to our showroom within 21 days. Do note that all delivery charges, (to and fro) will be payable by yourself. Customers are responsible for ensuring that each package is sent via a shipping method which has tracking and insurance, to minimize any delays and losses. How do I apply for an exchange?


Please contact us directly via e-mail at TheWizardShoes@gmail.com to process an exchange. Once we have approved the exchange, you may begin shipping it to our showroom. Ordering Online

How do I know if you have received my order?


When you make an order online with us, you will receive an email from us acknowledging your order. The order acknowledgment will include your order number, details of the items ordered.
Please note that this is only to acknowledge that your order had been received. When your goods had been picked up and dispatched to you, we will send you a tracking number of your parcel.
If an item that you have ordered is not available, an email will be sent to you to inform you. You may choose to substitute the unavailable items with other selections. You will not be charged for the unavailable items.




Can I change my order after payment?


Yes you can! If you have changed your mind, please contact us via e-mail at TheWizardShoes@gmail.com or telephone +65 6509 3929 within an hour of your purchase to make any ammedments to your order. Do note that any changes in choice made that incur additional shipping costs will be payable by yourself.

What currency are your products priced in?


All products and shipping charges are priced in Euro (€).




An item I want is out of stock, when will it be restocked?


Sadly all our desgins are produced and ordered in small quantities, if a design is out of stock there is a very little chance it will come back in stock. Feel free contact us if you would like alternative recommendations for a specific design that is out of stock!
