All orders (Both domestic and international) are shipped via DPEX. When your order leaves our warehouse you will be sent an email with a tracking number for your order. 


  • Shipments will be processed the same day that the order is placed if it is received by 0930 Singapore time (GMT+8) and you have received a verification email with your order number.

  • Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or after 0930 (SGT GMT+8) on Friday will be processed on the following Monday. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (except holidays).

  • Shipping rates are based on weight and location. The standard delivery period is 2 to 10 working days, a more accurate estimate for your region will be shown at checkout.

  • For International Customers ordering more than 6 pairs of Shoes or Boots, please select the "Bulk Shipping" option. Once you have placed your order, we will contact you with the appropriate shipping rate for your order. Upon payment of the shipping fees, your item will be shipped via DPEX. In the situation there is a failure to make the payment for the shipment, a refund will be processed less any business expenses incurred.


We accept products for a full exchange within 14 days of purchase. For international exchanges, the package must be postmarked within 14 days, and the package must arrive to our showroom within 21 days. Do note that all delivery charges, (to and fro) will be payable by yourself. Customers are responsible for ensuring that each package is sent via a shipping method which has tracking and insurance, to minimize any delays and losses. 

  1. Items must be in their original packaging, in unworn, unaltered and brand new condition, and accompanied by their receipt/packing slip as proof of purchase. We reserve the right to reject any item that does not meet these requirements, and to reject any exchange requests if these requirements are not met. 

  2. Items which are marked as "Sale" or with price markdowns, are not eligible for a exchange. Items in these categories are sold in as-is condition, and the customer agrees that the item(s) have been inspected at the time of purchase and he is satisfied with and aware of, any and all flaws and defects of the item(s) and he has agreed to accept them. The Wizard of Oz inspects all products with utmost care before shipment and will not send out a defective product.

  3. If the new selected item is of higher value, the customer is responsible for payment of the additional amount. If the new selected item is of lower value, no refunds will be made on the excess payment.
